Streets Ice-Cream Expansion

Objective

Unilever Australia required a major expansion of their existing ice-cream production facilities in Sydney, in order to increase and improve output levels and improving work flow practices. The project delivery method included a reduced design and build program to limit the impact on current production output.

Outcome

  • Design and Construction procurement with Hooker Cockram
  • Increasing production capacity without disruption during construction through innovative construction methodology and sequencing
  • Integration of complex services reticulation and production processing systems
