Objective

Caltex undertook a rationalisation of their site at Kurnell which involved the relocation and consolidation of the administration functions.

Outcome

• Identification of a suitable site on which to develop a new administration building
• Preparation of a design which both met the needs of Caltex and provided additional lettable space
• Increased safety for administrative staff through the design and siting of the building
