Objective

Prepare a master plan for the redevelopment of the former AGL site at Breakfast Point on the Parramatta River which recognised the site’s heritage character and responded to the need for urban consolidation.

Outcome

• A high density mini-city with a mix of residential, commercial and retail uses
• Large areas of parkland and a waterfront promenade
• Special uses identified for major heritage structures
• Retention of some AGL uses on site
