Objective

Recognising that the site, a former service station, had an urban presence even though it was part of a low density residential zone, the aim was to provide the maximum number of residential units and a small retail component. This was achieved by referring to urban design principles.

• Northern aspect
• 2 storey apartments ensure optimum sunlight & flow through ventilation
