Objective

The site is adjacent to the Wolli Creek rail station in an area undergoing rapid change. The client requested a maximum number of small apartments to be designed within the building envelopes of an approved master plan.

• Landscaped gardens
• Parking in a single level basement
• Precast concrete panels for low maintenance
